Saint Philip, Bishop of Vienne, is a semi-legendary 6th-century Gallic bishop, attested only in Archbishop Ado's 9th-century episcopal catalogue. He presided at the council of Lyon (567/570) and the 4th Council of Paris (573) — the only reliably attested facts of his ministry. Venerated by the Catholic Church as a local "pre-congregational" saint. No evidence of Orthodox veneration was found.
