Other saints named Ambrose are known (of Milan, 4th c.; of Optina, 19th c.; several 20th-c. New Martyrs) — none matches the stated period "15th–17th century" and the "Moscow" toponym. The only image is a general December menaion calendar icon with no individually distinguishable figure. The card may have originated from a scraper misreading a date/caption on a menaion icon.
