Apostle
Apostle Demetrius
не установлено
A card without reliable confirmation — no separate Apostle of the Seventy named "Demetrius" was found in any authoritative list (azbyka.ru, pravenc.ru); only commercial name-day icons carry this label.
EDITORIAL NOTE: despite a targeted search across several complete lists of the Seventy Apostles (Synaxis of the 70 Apostles lists on azbyka.ru, pravenc.ru), no canonized "Apostle Demetrius" was found. The only supporting evidence is 2 commercial name-day icons in the database inscribed "St. Ap. Demetrius," likely produced by an icon workshop for customers named Dmitry without strict grounding in a specific vita. The most famous saint of this name in Orthodoxy is the Great Martyr Demetrius of Thessaloniki (the Myrrh-streaming), venerated October 26/November 8 — but this is an ENTIRELY DIFFERENT category of sainthood (great martyr, not Apostle of the Seventy) with a separate, far better documented life. One of the card's file names ("great_martyr_demetrius_1.jpg") directly points to contamination from this saint. In addition, one of the card's files is not an icon at all, but a modern photograph of a person wearing a medical mask (COVID era), unrelated to Orthodox iconography.
