Venerable Luke, Steward of the Kiev Caves (13th c.) — a monk of the Near (Anthony's) Caves who carried out the obedience of steward (household manager) of the monastery; no other details of his life have survived.
Venerable Luke labored at the Kiev Caves Monastery in the 13th century, carrying out the obedience of steward — managing the household affairs of the monastery. No other details of his life have survived in the sources. His relics rest in the Near (Anthony's) Caves of the Kiev Caves Lavra. His memory is kept on November 6/19, and also on September 28/October 11 within the Synaxis of the Fathers of the Near Caves.
