Righteous Fausta of Rome (identity unconfirmed)
The entry "Fausta of Rome" is not confirmed by any source as a distinct historical saint; likely confusion with Martyr Fausta of Cyzicus (a real, separately attested saint) or with the historical figure Flavia Maxima Fausta (wife of Constantine the Great), who is not a saint.
An exhaustive search of azbyka.ru, drevo-info.ru, pravenc.ru, ru.wikipedia.org, and days.pravoslavie.ru found no distinct, independently attested saint named "Fausta of Rome." All sources mentioning the name "Fausta" in Orthodox hagiography refer to Martyr Fausta of Cyzicus (see the separate card fausta_of_cyzicus) — a virgin who suffered at Cyzicus (Mysia), commemorated February 6/19, the only "Fausta" with individual liturgical veneration. The only other known bearer of this name is Flavia Maxima Fausta, the historical daughter of Emperor Maximian and wife of Emperor Constantine the Great (executed on his orders in 326 under mysterious circumstances) — a real historical figure, but not a saint and not venerated by the Church. Thus the entry "Fausta of Rome" appears to be either an erroneous duplication of Martyr Fausta of Cyzicus with an incorrect location, or confusion with the secular historical figure of the empress.
