Hieromartyr Alexander Sokolov

EDITORIAL NOTE: several priests with the surname Sokolov are glorified in the Synaxis of New Martyrs and Confessors of the Russian Church, including at least one Hieromartyr named Alexander. The original card contained no year, place of service, or other distinguishing details, and both image files proved unusable for identification: one is a portrait photo of an unidentified elderly priest with awards (stylistically consistent with the late 19th–early 20th century, but the name is unconfirmed), the other is simply a painting titled "Boy in a Red Velvet Suit" (genre art, likely confused via the painter's surname "Sokolova" rather than the saint's surname). Without further data, unambiguous identification is not possible.
