празднование установлено в 2000 году

Also known as: Собор Ивановских святых, Собор Иваново-Вознесенских святых, Собор святых Ивановской митрополии

The common commemoration of the saints whose life, labours or burial are connected with the Ivanovo land, from St Tikhon of Lukh and St Mitrophan of Voronezh to the new martyrs of the twentieth century. Kept on 7 (20) June since 2000.

The Synaxis of the Saints of the Ivanovo Metropolis (the Synaxis of the Saints of Ivanovo-Voznesensk) commemorates the saints connected with the Ivanovo region, whose metropolis comprises the dioceses of Ivanovo-Voznesensk, Kineshma and Shuya. The feast was established on 7 December 2000 with the blessing of Patriarch Alexy II; its date, 7 (20) June, was chosen to coincide with the day of the founding of the Ivanovo region, as Archbishop Ambrose of Ivanovo-Voznesensk proposed.

In 2015 Patriarch Kirill approved the list of the Synaxis, compiled under the Holy Synod's rule that a diocesan synaxis includes saints whose main place of labours or burial lies in the diocese. It includes St Tikhon of Lukh (†1503), Blessed Simon of Yuryevets, St Mitrophan of Voronezh (†1703) and many new martyrs and confessors of the twentieth century, such as the hieromartyrs Paul Svetozarov and John Rozhdestvensky with the lay people who suffered with them in 1922, Archbishop Augustine (Belyaev) of Kaluga, the venerable martyrs Margarita, Tamara and Sebastiana, and the venerable confessor Archimandrite Leonty (Stasevich).
